Why Countdown?

Almost every blog that I've visited have started their Christmas countdown and it's really exciting. Where can you lift up your Christmas mood if one of it not from your friend's spirit.

This year I am joining the countdown for THREE special occasion which will happen in December and God willing during Christmas time. So what's the occasion? Some of you may have known it and some may not (if there is ever anybody reading my blog that is. LOL). Well as December approaching, yours truly and DH will be getting a Very Special Christmas gift this year (or maybe an early Christmas gift). My EDD for our first child will be on the 25th Of December 2009. A gift from above that we have been waiting for. And what actually happen on the 25th of December every year? yes its Christmas Day. I don't mind giving birth on Christmas day as it is a blessing to my baby. So yeah that's the two occasion which will happen. Erm but wait, did I say Three occasion earlier? Well the third thing happening in December or to be precise on the 26th of December is my beloved sister's Special day. It's her wedding day. Sorry Sis, can't really help you on that particular day but I've make sure I've done my part before the very day.

So yeah that's about it. The three occasion that's making me wanna join the countdown to December this year. Think should put up the countdown meter in this blog as a reminder.

Until next post.

*hugs*

It's to cheer me up that's all

A Husband and Wife, Both were very happy over the twelve pound baby boy that was born to them, Mr. Brown who could not conceal his delight, called up the editor of a famous newspaper and reported that he became the proud owner of a " Twelve pound nugget of gold".

The editor upon hearing the seemingly extraordinary news was rather hesitant to accept it at its face value. So he sent his star reporter to interview Mr. Brown. When the reporter came, Mr. Brown was away and his wife was alone at home.

The following interesting conversation took place between the reporter and Mrs. Brown:

Reporter : Does Mr. Brown Live here?
Mrs. Brown : Oh! Yes.
Reporter : Is he in?
Mrs. Brown : Why no, he went somewhere.
Reporter : Is it true that he owns a twelve pound nugget of gold?

Mrs. Brown : (Seeing the joke) Yes, indeed.
Reporter : Can I see the place where he found it?
Mrs... Brown : I am afraid, not because Mr. Brown objects in as much as it is strictly private.
Reporter : Is the place far?
Mrs. Brown : No, it is quite near and convenient.
Reporter : How many years has Mr. Brown been digging the hole?
Mrs. Brown : Just for about ten months.
Reporter : Is the hole deep?
Mrs. Brown : Quite so...
Reporter : Has Mr. Brown reached the bottom of it?
Mrs. Brown : Not yet, but he is coming near...
Reporter : At about what time does Mr. Brown starts digging?

Mrs. Brown : Oh, he does his digging mostly at night.
Reporter : Does he work hard on it?
Mrs. Brown : You bet... and how he perspires.
Reporter : Is Mr. Brown the first to dig?
Mrs. Brown : He thought he was...

Reporter : How do you know there was someone ahead of him?
Mrs. Brown : I am in a good position to say so, because I own the place.

Reporter : Oh, I see, but you sold the place to Mr. Brown?
Mrs. Brown : No, but for the present, he has the legal title to the site, with my consent.

Reporter : Has Mr. Brown any helper when he works on the claim?
Mrs. Brown : Yes, I work under him...
Reporter : When do you think Mr. Brown will sell the place?
Mrs. Brown : I think not because he enjoys working on it.

Reporter : Can I see the twelve pound nugget of gold?
Mrs. Brown : Yes, certainly (and she showed him the twelve pound baby boy :-)

The Reporter fainted!

Desperado

I am in desperate need to book to read. I really need something to read. Something that interest me like the Shopaholic series or Mag Cabot's Queen of Babble or even Cecelia Ahern's books. I keep on having thought of going to any of the book store to look for two or even three book but with my condition now, I don't think I'll be able to drive or allowed to drive to any of the bookstore. Someone please help me. Life is getting boring each day with out anything interesting to read moreover I am not allowed to do my sewing project for the time being. Helppppp!!! anybody!!!

BTW any of you can give me some suggestion on what book to read? Something like the Shopaholic series?

Gosh I am loosing my mind.

Weekend rumbling

Ok I have a confession to make.

I am in love again...

Yes and I am in love with ....Ok I maybe too late in falling in love with Meg Cabot but it's never too late right. And as for P.S. I LOVE YOU, I am in a still of reading the book but am already loving it. Here's some summary of the story (where I am sure most of you have read it or even watch the movie. I have not.)

" Some people wait their whole lives to find their soul mates. But not Holly and Gerry.

They were childhood sweethearts - no on could imagine Holly and Gerry without each other.

Until the unthinkable happens. Gerry's death devastates Holly. But as her 30th birthday looms Holly discovers that Gerry has left her a bundle of notes, gently guiding her into her new life without him, each signed 'PS, I Love You'.

With some help from her friends, and her noisy and loving family, Holly finds herself laughing, crying, singing, dancing - and being braver that ever before.

Life is for living, she realises - but it always helps if there's an angel watching over you."

Mag Cabot, I'll look for your other Queen of Babbles series and Cecelia Ahern, can't wait to finish reading this book.

Why no update dear..?

As what I wrote in my previous update, I have not been updating this blog for as long as I can remember it and yesterday Hubby brought up the subject again..

"It seems like you have not been updating you blog."

"Ada juga la. I was thinking I want to update about the trip but can't find the time to upload the pictures" Being me, I give this lame excuses.

So I think when Hubby already talk about it I have to make it a point that I HAVE TO UPDATE MY BLOG. Why do I say this? because he seldom mention about my blog and I don't think he visit my blog that often. Imagine person who seldom read my blog also realize that I don't update. It means that my blog is becoming more and more LAME and BORING. Gosh need to do something about that.

Ok I promise to myself that I WILL UPDATE YOU DEAR DIARY. Soon Really soon...

Update

I have not been updating my Dear Diary Since Easter and I am not generating or attracting any visitors anymore.. What a sad story right. I have been bitten by the lazy and blank bug ever since I can remember the last time I pour out my mind..

Nevertheless, I have a lot to update here especially my recent breakaway... a wonderful and educational breakaway which I am eager to share but wait till I have the pictures uploaded from my D-Cam and of course until I found my long lost full of idea me.

Till then..

Life handbook 101

Health:

1. Drink plenty of water.
2. Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner
like a beggar.

food that is manufactured in plants.

5. Make time for
prayer.
6. Play more games.
7. Read more books than you did in 2008.

smile.

Personality:

14. Don't take yourself so seriously. No one else does.
15. Don't waste your precious energy on gossip.
16. Dream more while you are awake.
17. Envy is a waste of time. You already have all you need.
18. Forget issues of the past. Don't remind your partner with
his/her
mistakes of the past. That will ruin your present happiness.
19. Life is too short to waste time hating anyone. Don't hate
others.
20. Make peace with your past so it won't spoil the present.
21. No one is in charge of your happiness except you.
22. Realize that life is a school and you are here to learn.
Problems
are simply part of the curriculum that appear and fade away like
algebra class but the lessons you learn will last a lifetime.
23. Smile and laugh more.
24. You don't have to win every argument. Agree to disagree.

27. Forgive everyone for everything.
28. Spend time with people over the age of 70 &
under the age of 6.
29. Try to make at least three people smile each day.
30. What other people think of you is none of your business.
31. Your job won't take care of you when you are sick. Your
family and friends will. Stay in touch.

Life:

32. Do the right thing!
33. Get rid of anything that isn't useful, beautiful or joyful.
34. GOD heals everything.
35. However good or bad a situation is, it will change.
36. No matter how you feel, get up, dress up and show up.
37. The best is yet to come.
38. When you awake alive in the morning, thank GOD for it.

39. Your Inner most is always happy. So, be happy.

Saving the planet

Are you joining the Earth Hour tonight at 8.30 to 9.30 pm? I am sure will..

Surely most of you have known about this worldwide call to switch off lights for one hour right? Well what harm it will do to us if we join the campaign? No harm at all. We will even show our concern on the global climate change. Don't you agree with me that nowadays it is super-dupper hot outside especially in the afternoon? Something clearly need to be done. Lets start saving the world from this simplest step. Join the Earth Hour and help a step to make this world a better place to live.

Sakit Hati

I am stressed out...too stress that I feel like talking nonsense and typing away without checking the spelling..

Since it is advent, I restrict myself from talking bad things so I just post this pantun yang menyakitkan hati.

Buah cempedak di luar pagar
Ambil galah tolong jolokkan
Kenapa kau nak jolok pakai galah
Sebab cempedak tu dah jatuh kat luar pagar .

Kalau ada sumur di ladang
Bolehlah hamba menumpang mandi
Patutlah bau badan kau busuk semacam
Bilik air ada, buat apa kau mandi kat ladang..

Pisang emas dibawa berlayar
Masak sebiji di atas peti
at pasaraya tak ada hutang hutang
Kalau nak, bayar, Cash On Delivery

Kalau ada jarum yang patah
Jangan di simpan di dalam peti
Kesian betul dengan kau ni
Jarum patah pun kau simpan dalam peti.

Dua tiga kucing berlari
Mana nak sama si kucing belang
Kalau kau berani kejarlah kucing tu
Mesti kau kena cakar sampai berbelang-belang gak..

Kajang Pak Malau kajang berlipat
Kajang hamba mengkuang layu
Kain Pak Malau, Mak Limah yang lipat
Kain aku, si pencuri yang sapu

Rumah Pak Mamat di tepi sawah
Pakai langsir berwarna biru
Ooi Pak Mat, langsir warna biru tak lawa lah
Pakailah warna kuning ke, hijau ke, kelabu asap ke.

Air pasang dalam surut pukul lima
Nyonya bangun pagi siram pokok bunga
Haloo nyonya, mau tanya sikit
Siram pokok bunga aje, tak jual sayur ka?

uai padi antara masak
Esok jangan layu-layuan
Kalau padi tu belumlah masak
Janganlah tuai, taklah layu-layuan. .

Limau purut masak di dahan
Batang selasih condong uratnya
Limau purut tak boleh makan
Nanti sakit perut apa ubatnya.

Pulau Pandan jauh ke tengah
Gunung Daik bercabang tiga
Buat apa nak ke Pulau Pandan yang jauh tu
Pergi aje ke Kampung Pandan

Sorong papan tarik padan
Buah keranji dalam perahu
Tolonglah jangan makan buah keranji tu
Nanti badan kau orang berbau.

Hayya Cik Siti, perempuan banyak muda
Ana banyak takut jalan tutup mata
Memanglah takut kalau jalan tutup mata
Sebab takut terpijak lubang Indah Water

Encik Baba jatuh dalam parit
Cik Aminah ketawa jerit jerit
Sampai hati Cik Aminah ketawakan saya jerit-jerit
Mentang-mentanglah saya jatuh dalam parit

Buai laju laju
Sampai pokok sena
Woii, jangan buai laju-laju
Nanti kang tercampak kat pokok sena

Timang tinggi-tinggi
Sampai cucur atap
Cucur atap tak sedap
Cucuk pisang, cucur udang, haaa tu sedap

Bulan empat is April

Two more weeks and it's April...

I can't wait for that month to finally come...
I have a lot to do at work that I wish the time can wait for me but still I can't wait for April to come. Not that I can't wait to fool someone, nor does it's the month I was born (I am June baby...*wink..wink*) but something that I am about to do which makes me can't wait for Dear Ms April to come...

*talking to me self*.. sabar...sabar..keep yourself busy and without knowing it, it's already April..

Winning 4D

I always receive emails asking to forward that email to friends and if I do, I will get my wish granted.I never believe in such things actually. Imagine how can your wish be granted by just forwarding emails and doing nothing after that?

I receive this email from a friend today and wonders how true it is. I didn't forward it though. How great it is if you just need to forward email and you will get moolah. If it does happen, then I think I will resign from my gray hair breeder work, and proceed with building up my own business. After all I'll be getting the capital from the email I have forwarded right.

Take a look at this email and tell be what do you think guys. Don't you wish it's true...I know I do..

Can't wait to meet you

No... Dear Hubby is all the while with yours truly if that's what you guys are thinking...

It had been like 17 years ago we were together, laughing, making fun of others, quarrel and stressed up.. and we are going to meet soon.. after 17 years.. I am so excited and can't wait for the day to come..

If you are thinking that I am talking about a long lost Ex, well you are wrong again. I am actually talking about my ex-classmate of form 3 Amanah of SMK Datuk Peter Mojuntin, Penampang. As always, after we completed our SRP (now PMR) exam, almost all of us went our separate ways. some join the science class, some join the Commerce class, and some even transfer to other school. Those were the time that all of us were really close. We have the same "head" and we were the most notable class in cleanliness, noise and of course brain. oh not forgetting sport also.

We will be having a launch mini gathering at the Imperial Hotel on the 9th March 2009. So for those ex-classmate of ours, as I have shout in FB, please confirm your attendence. I am sure we will see a lot of differences in each other. Can;t wait to see you guys and Mr. Adrian, your duty is to draw a cartoon on this event ya.Meaning your attendence is a MUST.

Oh before I forgot, the organizer said that this is strictly the CLASSMATE only and no family members.hehheehehe jangan marah but we need the "OUR OWN TIME" first then meet the family...

How much does it cost?

A little girl went

to her bedroom and pulled a glass jelly jar from its hiding place in the closet.
She poured the change out on the floor and counted it carefully. Three times. The total had to be exactly perfect. No chance here for mistakes.

Carefully placing the coins back in the jar and twisting on the cap, she
slipped out the back door and made her way 6 blocks to Rexall's Drug Store with the big red Indian Chief sign above the door.

She waited patiently for
the pharmacist to give her some attention, but he was too busy at this moment.Tess twisted her feet to make a scuffing noise. Nothing. She cleared her throat with the most disgusting sound she could muster. No good. Finally she took aquarter from her jar and banged it on the glass counter. That did it!

'And what do you want?' the pharmacist asked in an annoyed tone of
voice. I'm talking to my brother from Chicago whom I haven't seen in ages,' he said without waiting for a reply to his question.

'Well, I want to talk
to you about my brother,' Tess answered back in the same annoyed tone. 'He's really, really sick...and I want to buy a miracle.'

'I beg your pardon?'
said the pharmacist.

'His name is Andrew and he has something bad
growing inside his head and my Daddy says only a miracle can save him now So how much does a miracle cost?'

'We don't sell miracles here, little girl.
I'm sorry but I can't help you,' the pharmacist said, softening a little.

'Listen, I have the money to pay for it. If it isn't enough, I will get
the rest. Just tell me ho w much it costs.'

The pharmacist's brother was
a well dressed man. He stooped down and asked the little girl, 'What kind of a miracle does your brother need?'

' I don't know,' Tess replied with her eyes welling up. I just know he's really sick and Mommy says he needs an operation. But my Daddy can't pay for it, so I want to use my money.'

'How much do you have?' asked the man from Chicago

'One dollar
and eleven cents,' Tess answered barely audible.

'And it's all the money
I have, but I can get some more if I need to.'

'Well, what a
coincidence,' smiled the man. 'A dollar and eleven cents---the exact price of a miracle for little brothers. '
He took her money in one hand and with the other hand he grasped her mitten and said 'Take me to where you live. I want to see your brother and meet your parents. Let's see if I have the miracle you need.'

That well dressed man was Dr. Carlton Armstrong, a surgeon,
specializing in neuro-surgery. The operation was completed free of charge and it wasn't long until Andrew was home again and doing well.

Mom and Dad
were
happily talking about the chain of events that had led them to this place.

'That surgery,' her Mom whispered. 'was a real miracle. I wonder how
much it would have cost?'

Tess smiled. She knew exactly how much a
miracle cost..one dollar and eleven cents....plus the faith of a little child.

In our lives, we never know how many miracles we will need.

A miracle is not the suspension of natural law, but the operation of a higher law.

I know you'll keep the ball moving!

Here it goes. Throw it back to someone who means something to you!

A ball is a circle, no beginning, no end.
It keeps us together like our Circle of Friends. But the treasure inside for you to see is the treasure of friendship you've granted to me.

Today
I pass the friendship ball to you.
Pass it on to someone who is a friend to you.
MY OATH TO YOU...
When you are sad.....I will dry your tears.
When you are scared.....I will comfort your fears.
When you are worried.....I will give you hope.
When you are confused......I will help you cope.
And when you are lost...And can't see the light, I shall be your beacon.... Shining ever so bright.
This is my oath.....I pledge till the end.
Why you may ask?....Because you're my friend.

Signed: GOD

IT's in the air

Note : This is a very belated post..

When I was still at a very young age of teenagers, Valentine's Day is most of the awaited day where at that point of time you'll know if there is anybody keeping an eye on you.

I have a lot of funny and worth been written down in our life journal memories on this very day those days. However one thing that I never received is "Life" flowers. I still remember one of the close friend said to me.."sorry aaa bunga plastik saja. Mahal bah bunga hidup" (sorry only fake flowers. Can't afford those real flowers).. hehehe lucu kan siap got defence statment lagi.

But as years goes by, for me Valentine's day is just another day. I just wish that today I can be with those people that I really care about and meet my friends. So Happy St. Valentine's Day to all of you.

A year wiser

February is the month of memory to me. 3 years ago in the month of February, I got married to my childhood friend. Three years ago, a day before my wedding is my future husband’s (now of course my hubby..ngeh..ngeh) 28th Birthday and the day is Today.

This post is dedicated especially to my dear Husband, Mr. Adie Adrian Boniface. Happy 31st Birthday to you Darling.. Here I am giving you a virtual present as an opening of showers of present to you.

My Valentine

If there were no words
No way to speak
I would still hear you

If there were no tears
No way to feel inside
I'd still feel for you

And even if the sun refuse to shine
Even if romance ran out of rhyme
You would still have my heart
Until the end of time
You're all i need
My love, my valentine

All of my life
I have been waiting for
All you give to me
You've opened my eyes
And showed me how to love unselfishly

I've dreamed of this a thousand times before
In my dreams i couldnt love you more
I will give you my heart
Until the end of time
You're all i need
My love, my valentine

And even if the sun refuse to shine
Even if romance ran out of rhyme
You would still have my heart
Until the end of time
Cuz all i need
Is you, my valentine

You're all i need
My love, my valentine

(This is our wedding theme song)

Hair issue

note : This post is actually dated 2nd February 2009.

It's not EVERYDAY that I love the way my hair act. But today Ms. Hair is just behaving the way she was suppose to behave.
The only thing that I need to do now is to get some treatment for her and I am sure she will always behave as what she was suppose to do.Was thinking of straightening her but hubby said I have been wearing straight hair ever since. So that's mean a no no to rebonding. Maybe I'll be getting a digital perm (that's so out to date fashion right? no?)

........errrrr... what am I talking about? nothing. Just a simple Monday mumbling..

good day peeps

The child in me

Working from 8am to 5pm and only reaching home at around 6pm to 7pm, I can't continue with my Cross stitch project. It had been left lying in the box for several month now. Well I make sure that I won't do any sewing at night for I spoil my eyesight.

I am actually giving tuition also (just to get the extra moola you know). But at this moment, since my brother got nothing to do at home and while he waits for his next intake to enter the IPTA, so I've passed the responsibility to him (with my full supervision that is). So what am I left to do at night before going to sleep? Finish reading all the books and waiting to get hold of a new and interesting story book ( I get bored easily reading books that doesnot excite me). I am left with only this option :-

PLAY PC GAME!!! (I don't like playing those Playstation thingy)

At the moment I have finish playing this game

The Mystery Case Files: Return To Ravenhearst, the third series of MCFs. Emma Ravenhearst's soul is freed, but she needs your help to prevent evil from taking her soul. The quality of games is top notched from beginning to end with masterpiece sound track and stunning artwork. This massive MCF games deserve to get top attention and is worth checking it out.

With over 150 levels and puzzles to solve, you have to solve each level completely before moving on to next level. Use magnetfying glass, clues, and inventory you have collected to solve each puzzle. The casebook keep track of all the assignments and clues for each turning point. There is no time limit to solve each puzzle.

A very addictive game that is and currently I am playing this game

Can't wait to finish this game for I still have loads of Hidden objects game waiting for me.

O BTW is that considered that I still have the child mind in me?

Another friendship thingy

IN honor of women's history month and in memory of Erma Bombeck who lost her fight with cancer. Here is an 'angel' sent to watch over you.

IF I HAD MY LIFE TO LIVE OVER - by Erma Bombeck
(written after she found out she was dying from cancer).
I would have gone to bed when

I was sick instead of pretending the earth would go into a holding pattern if

I weren't there for the day.
I would have burned the pink candle sculpted like a rose before it melted in storage.
I would have talked less and listened more.
I would have invited friends over to dinner even if the carpet was stained, or the sofa faded.
I would have eaten the popcorn in the 'good' living room and worried much less about the dirt when someone wanted to light a fire in the fireplace.
I would have taken the time to listen to my grandfather ramble about his youth.
I would have shared more of the responsibility carried by my husband.
I would never have insisted the car windows be rolled up on a summer day because my hair had just been teased and sprayed.
I would have sat on the lawn with my grass stains.
I would have cried and laughed less while watching television and more while watching life.
I would never have bought anything just because it was practical, wouldn't show soil, or was guaranteed to last a lifetime.
Instead of wishing away nine months of pregnancy, I'd have cherished every moment and realized that the wonderment growing inside me was the only chance in life to assist God in a miracle.
When my kids kissed me impetuously, I would never have said, 'Later. Now go get washed up for dinner.' There would have been more 'I love you's' More 'I'm sorry's.'
But mostly, given another shot at life, I would seize every minute.look at it and really see it . . live it and never give it back.

STOP SWEATING THE SMALL STUFF!!!
Don't worry about who doesn't like you, who has more, or who's doing what
Instead, let's cherish the relationships we have with those who do love us.
