I never like to look at my own picture and I never like to take picture of myself. Why? because I always see me in that picture as "tidak lawa" or fat or just not photogenic. People say you no need to became so slim to take beautiful picture. Yes agreed. I watch American Next top Model and almost all of them does not look naturally beautiful but they take beautiful pictures. I want to be one of them and I just can't figure out why I can't take beautiful pictures. The only nice picture that I ever like to see is this :

both are actually taken by professional.I would love to ask Ratu Syura , Che'gu Carol, Mimi, Fie the elf and all of you out there, how do you take such a lovely and beautiful pictures of yourself (without asking for the professional to take for you)?

just take from the right angle.. and avoid taking from below.. hahah to avoid double chin. Take posibly hundred of shots and compare.. they will be a few that u like it.. preferable using digi cam if u have... coz u using film camera.. u ought to rugi.. hahah any u have to wait for result right.. ba try it u can know which side of ur face is more beautiful

Yup..the key is to identify your best pose and to stick to it. Haha..notice that i normally posed by showing my right side of the face? LOL! And ya...never forget to flash a big smile.
But honestly, if you are confident that you do look good, im sure it will shown in the picture bah. Jadi, another key is, to be perasan selalu. Hahaha....
ps: ada bah gambar buruk sa, but kalu sdh buruk buat apa mo kasi post kan. Hehehe

I used to buy Oprah magazines previously...but since it is so expensive (close to rm30 or more..cant remember now) and change of priority (besa la wen oredi jadi mummmy kan hehe) I stopped buying. Anyway, one of the featured articles was on how to take good pictures of yourself...besides knowing your best angle, I remember she mentioned about never let your arm rest on your side especially if you're wearing sleeveless (nanti nampak gumuk tu tangan kunun hehe)...you should put it on your waist cam tu model yg bagaya kunun...oso u shld put your head a bit forward (errmmm cam mana cakap ah...like cam tu ayam yg kapla dia pigi depan sikit) so that your neck or chin wont look so chubby hehehe...and of coz like Carol do remember to smile and feel confident as it will show ...coz a picture can tell a thousand stories org bilang kan hehe...good luck!! I do hv my shares of utterly ugly pics tapi like Carol said..why wanna show ugly pics kan...so I tapuk bawah katil ja hahaha...
here's a tip: practice makes perfect! so rajin2 la ambik gambar sendiri tu... LOL! but seriously la kan, you gotta know your angle. and also, practice your facial expression. byk jugak bah gambar sia yang buruk but u don't see them. hehe.. and even if buruk pun, u gotta have the confidence to pull it off. whatever it is, jangan telampau control la. just be confident, natural, and be yourself! :D

Hi Quirin, normally when we look at our own photos, we find them 'ugly' but it is not when someone else is looking at them. For me, I don't care how my photos are taken, what important is how I feel inside me. If you are happy, feel loved, feel blessed and all the nice things, it will be shown on the photos. My photos mostly are taken with crazy style, eg sini profile sia, lots of people say crazy pic. It is an ugly one, but I was having fun, so who cares with the crazy pic. ;)
But girl, I saw several pics of you already, there are beautiful.
*blush..blush* hehehe thanks dear. Ya I suppose having fun while taking picture is one of the formula apart from being perasan and have the self confidence.
