Faith

I was suppose to be so free especially in updating my blog but until to date I have only done one post for this year. Now I know, taking care of your own baby is not as easy as abc. But of course I am grateful for the miracle that God gave to me. And its always a joy to me as I see my baby grows day by day.

Talking about growing up, Faith reach her 1 month old being born in this world on the 11th January 2010 but we only celebrate her full moon on the 16th Jan since the 11th falls on Monday. Thanks to all who have made themselves available on that day to attend baby Faith's full moon. Here are some pictures of Faith aka Mika taken during that day. Didn't hire professional photographer but I think this also can la kan.

Thanks to Shermalyn for this beautiful n cute cake. Mika loves it

(mama who's all this people?)

Soon She'll be 2 month old and I will be back to work. I can't imagine how it will be since now I am devoting my time 24 7 for my princess. We'll see how things goes.

Till next post (which I don't know when), hugs.

Here come 2010

It's 2010 and I have not been a very good blogger for the whole 2009. You can actually count the number of post I've made. Reason being..? I am just plain lazy and blank the whole time through 2009. Hope It won't happen in 2010.I want to be a better person (lame..)
So What actually happen to me the whole year of 2009? after reading both Chegu Carol's and Mimi's blog, I decided I too need to jot down the happening in my life through out 2009. A Year to remember that is.

January - No interesting thing happen. I was counting the days to our breakaway.

February-We decided to start the "getting pregnant" procedure. After my MC last October, I was so depressed that I won't be able to conceive again so I agreed for the painful procedure again. But at the end of February, I received a very disappointing news. There is no visible eggs produced.Need to wait for another cycle for the procedure to be done again.

March-Busy with our church lucky draw. have to sell RM30,000 worth of tickets. Nothing so interesting
April- My 1st Journey out of Malaysia. Well I've been to Singapore in 2008 but it's only a day trip and I can't say that its a real trip right. But this time, We are off to Bandung & Jakarta. A journey to remember and hubby said next trip is Manila. hehehe

May-Found out that I am actually pregnant and it's already 6 weeks. OMG!! Praise the Lord. No wonder My "Auntie" haven't visited me since February. A miracle indeed. A blessing from the above.

June - November - Nothing really interesting happen. Well come to think of it, there is one occasion that really interesting. We organized our class of 90-92 (form 1A to 3A) SMK Datuk Peter Mojuntin reunion. Not everybody manage to make themselves available tho but its a night to remember indeed.

December- I gave birth to a beautiful, healthy, chubby and big baby girl through c-sec. Was advised to do so since she's big. born at 3.975kg. O ya She was born on the 11th Dec 2009 (111209). The Papa and yours truly decide to name her FAITH SINUNDU DULAKIM. A name bearing lots of meaning.

So that's about it. my journey through 2009. not much memories but truly a memorable one. Happy new year 2010.

Why Countdown?

Almost every blog that I've visited have started their Christmas countdown and it's really exciting. Where can you lift up your Christmas mood if one of it not from your friend's spirit.

This year I am joining the countdown for THREE special occasion which will happen in December and God willing during Christmas time. So what's the occasion? Some of you may have known it and some may not (if there is ever anybody reading my blog that is. LOL). Well as December approaching, yours truly and DH will be getting a Very Special Christmas gift this year (or maybe an early Christmas gift). My EDD for our first child will be on the 25th Of December 2009. A gift from above that we have been waiting for. And what actually happen on the 25th of December every year? yes its Christmas Day. I don't mind giving birth on Christmas day as it is a blessing to my baby. So yeah that's the two occasion which will happen. Erm but wait, did I say Three occasion earlier? Well the third thing happening in December or to be precise on the 26th of December is my beloved sister's Special day. It's her wedding day. Sorry Sis, can't really help you on that particular day but I've make sure I've done my part before the very day.

So yeah that's about it. The three occasion that's making me wanna join the countdown to December this year. Think should put up the countdown meter in this blog as a reminder.

Until next post.

*hugs*

It's to cheer me up that's all

A Husband and Wife, Both were very happy over the twelve pound baby boy that was born to them, Mr. Brown who could not conceal his delight, called up the editor of a famous newspaper and reported that he became the proud owner of a " Twelve pound nugget of gold".

The editor upon hearing the seemingly extraordinary news was rather hesitant to accept it at its face value. So he sent his star reporter to interview Mr. Brown. When the reporter came, Mr. Brown was away and his wife was alone at home.

The following interesting conversation took place between the reporter and Mrs. Brown:

Reporter : Does Mr. Brown Live here?
Mrs. Brown : Oh! Yes.
Reporter : Is he in?
Mrs. Brown : Why no, he went somewhere.
Reporter : Is it true that he owns a twelve pound nugget of gold?

Mrs. Brown : (Seeing the joke) Yes, indeed.
Reporter : Can I see the place where he found it?
Mrs... Brown : I am afraid, not because Mr. Brown objects in as much as it is strictly private.
Reporter : Is the place far?
Mrs. Brown : No, it is quite near and convenient.
Reporter : How many years has Mr. Brown been digging the hole?
Mrs. Brown : Just for about ten months.
Reporter : Is the hole deep?
Mrs. Brown : Quite so...
Reporter : Has Mr. Brown reached the bottom of it?
Mrs. Brown : Not yet, but he is coming near...
Reporter : At about what time does Mr. Brown starts digging?

Mrs. Brown : Oh, he does his digging mostly at night.
Reporter : Does he work hard on it?
Mrs. Brown : You bet... and how he perspires.
Reporter : Is Mr. Brown the first to dig?
Mrs. Brown : He thought he was...

Reporter : How do you know there was someone ahead of him?
Mrs. Brown : I am in a good position to say so, because I own the place.

Reporter : Oh, I see, but you sold the place to Mr. Brown?
Mrs. Brown : No, but for the present, he has the legal title to the site, with my consent.

Reporter : Has Mr. Brown any helper when he works on the claim?
Mrs. Brown : Yes, I work under him...
Reporter : When do you think Mr. Brown will sell the place?
Mrs. Brown : I think not because he enjoys working on it.

Reporter : Can I see the twelve pound nugget of gold?
Mrs. Brown : Yes, certainly (and she showed him the twelve pound baby boy :-)

The Reporter fainted!

Someone please help me. Life is getting boring each day with out anything interesting to read moreover I am not allowed to do my sewing project for the time being. Helppppp!!! anybody!!!

BTW any of you can give me some suggestion on what book to read? Something like the Shopaholic series?

Weekend rumbling

Ok I have a confession to make.

I am in love again...

Yes and I am in love with ....Ok I maybe too late in falling in love with Meg Cabot but it's never too late right. And as for P.S. I LOVE YOU, I am in a still of reading the book but am already loving it. Here's some summary of the story (where I am sure most of you have read it or even watch the movie. I have not.)

" Some people wait their whole lives to find their soul mates. But not Holly and Gerry.

They were childhood sweethearts - no on could imagine Holly and Gerry without each other.

Until the unthinkable happens. Gerry's death devastates Holly. But as her 30th birthday looms Holly discovers that Gerry has left her a bundle of notes, gently guiding her into her new life without him, each signed 'PS, I Love You'.

With some help from her friends, and her noisy and loving family, Holly finds herself laughing, crying, singing, dancing - and being braver that ever before.

Life is for living, she realises - but it always helps if there's an angel watching over you."

Mag Cabot, I'll look for your other Queen of Babbles series and Cecelia Ahern, can't wait to finish reading this book.
