What say you.....

I don't know about you guys but as for me, this is a tiny winny small thing which does not even impact the country's economy and they are making it such a big deal. Come on, just because they are called "The Red Devil" and they are really "The Devil"?.. Those people who brought up this things really have nothing better to do in their life and NARROW minded people. People from the other country is laughing at us. I really pity your guys..

"KUALA LUMPUR (AFP) – Manchester United's fans in Malaysia erupted in astonishment and anger on social media Thursday after clerics warned Muslims against wearing the team's famous jersey with its "devil" emblem.

Manchester United and the rest of the English Premier League are hugely popular in Muslim-majority Malaysia, where conservative religious leaders said the jersey was un-Islamic and should be banned.

Social networking sites like Twitter and Facebook were flooded with comments from fans in the Southeast Asian nation.

"Maybe the religious leaders are just fans of Liverpool?" quipped one supporter on Twitter.

"Why this become an issue after Manchester United has won the title for 11 times? They haven't been watching the matches all this while?" said Sharifah Shahidah, a die-hard Manchester United fan of two-decades standing.

"What am I gonna do with all my Man Utd jerseys? And my sons' jerseys?" Sharifah, a Muslim mother of two and an IT programmer, asked on her Twitter account. "Should I cover the emblem with a picture of flower?"

Malaysian clerics said Wednesday that Muslims must not wear the iconic red jersey because devils should be shunned, not celebrated, and urged those who had worn the garment to "repent immediately".

Also off-limits are the shirts of teams including Brazil, Portugal, Barcelona and Serbia, all of which carry an image of the Christian crucifix in their team emblems.

"This is very dangerous. As a Muslim, we should not worship the symbols of other religions or the devils," said Nooh Gadot, a top Islamic leader from southern Johor state.

Manchester United Fan Club Malaysia, which has about 7,000 members, declined to comment, but the fan club's chief, Lawrence How, noted there was no official ban on the jerseys.

The clerics agreed there was no "fatwa", or religious edict, but that one was not needed when it was clearly wrong for Muslims to wear such a garment.

Malaysia is a generally moderate Islamic country, but conservative clerics have issued controversial edicts in the past, including a ban on the ancient practice of yoga, which is criticised for including Hindu elements."

Airplanes

Yes..... can we just pretend that airplanes in the night sky are like shooting stars?... I would like to wish for all my wishes to come true. Can I? can I?Airplanes

[Chorus Hayley Williams]
Can we pretend that airplanes
In the night sky
Are like shooting stars
I could really use a wish right now (wish right now) (wish right now)
Can we pretend that airplanes
In the night sky
Are like shooting stars
I could really use a wish right now (wish right now) (wish right now)

[Verse 1 B.o.B]
Yeah
I could use a dream or a genie or a wish
To go back to a place much simpler than this
Cause after all the partyin and smashin and crashin
And all the glitz and the glam and the fashion
And all the pandemonium and all the madness
There comes a time where you fade to the blackness
And when youre staring at that phone in your lap
And you hoping but them people never call you back
But thats just how the story unfolds
You get another hand soon after you fold
And when your plans unravel
And they sayin what would you wish for
If you had one chance
So airplane airplane sorry Im late
Im on my way so dont close that gate
If I dont make that then Ill switch my flight
And Ill be right back at it by the end of the night

[Chorus Hayley Williams]

[Verse 2 B.o.B]
Somebody take me back to the days
Before this was a job, before I got paid
Before it ever mattered what I had in my bank
Yeah back when I was tryin to get into the subway
And back when I was rappin for the hell of it
But now a days we rappin to stay relevant
Im guessin that if we can make some wishes outta airplanes
Then maybe yo maybe Ill go back to the days
Before the politics that we call the rap game
And back when aint nobody listened to my mix tape
And back before I tried to cover up my slang
But this is for the Cada, whats up Bobby Ray
So can I get a wish to end the politics
And get back to the music that started this shit
So here I stand and then again I say
Im hopin we can make some wishes outta airplanes?

Mini Edition

*notes : this post supposed to be posted yesterday but due to the overly slow line, I post this today. so please bear with me ya*

Hi peeps,

Its Monday and as usual Monday is "the" day that I dread the most. Pity the day. Its actually just the emotional side of me bah kan. Anyway, congrats to Spain for winning the 2010 WC. I am not a fan, hubby does and more or less I got the updates of who won and who lost and even who won the bet the biggest. shhh that one I can't tell you who. hahaha..

Okay back to the title, I am actually referring to Sophie Kinsella's new book. "Mini shopaholic". I don't actually know that She's coming up with a new book, but thanks to my fulltime housewife sister at the moment, excitedly she informed me about this. Yes I can't wait for September to come.

Dunno if I am willing to by the hardcover edition, for I know it will be very expensive. But I know someone will surely buy it first.. Kan Chegu....LOL

But while waiting for September to come, I have 3 more books to finish up so I think I am well occupied till September.

Till then

Tell Me Why...?

My Assistant was listening to this song , "tell me why I hate Monday" that gave me an idea on what to write here. As you guys realize, I have not updated any new post in this sleepy blog of mine hence the spider is making this blog as their home sweet home.

Ok for starter I just want to ask this simple questions

Tell me why... I Hate Monday
Tell me why... I am damn lazy on this day that I did almost nothing at work (pssstt do not inform the boss)
Tell me why... I have been in the "blank" zone that I SELDOM or almost NEVER update my blog.
Tell me why... I do not have extra $$ to spend
Tell me why... Just about every small thing make me worry
and the most important question ...Tell me why... I am not filthy rich.

Nah keluar sudah apa dalam utak sa tapi ini belum abis lagi ni. nanti sa saya continue hehehe. Time to go home. Baby mama coming home...

*hugs*
